If you think that you need us to use your server/software to do accounting, we can adjust to your procedures (work assessment shall be performed, before we quote a fee).

How do we protect your financial data?

Data capturing
We use highly secured data capture tools, such as Hubdoc owned by Xero, to bring your physical copies of accounting documents digital. You can: Email bills and receipts straight into your Hubdoc database. Use the mobile app to upload photos of documents.
Hubdoc is a product of Xero Limited and is included in the data security scope of Xero’s SOC 2 Type II report. Independent external auditors validate Hubdoc annually in compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2013.

Cloud servers protected by encrypted tunnelling
Tunnelling is a method of encrypted communication involving two network devices: in our case, you’re PC and our servers. With tunnelling, traffic data can be repackaged in a specific form in order to make it a safer method of concealing and securing the contents of the tunnel.
